The Alabama Crimson Tide and Head coach Nick Saban has been on the top of college football world for some time now. 2016 was much of the same. The Tide rolled into the National Championship game 14-0 to face the same team they had beaten 12 months earlier on the same stage. However the results were different this time around. In a hard fought game they fell to Clemson 35-31.

RBs Damien Harris and Bo Scarbrough along with QB Jalen Hurts led our #1 ranked team to average 245 yards on the ground per game in 2016. The formula will stay the same for Bama but with more experience under Hurts belt it will make this team even more dangerous if thats possible.

Hurts threw for 2,780 yards last year, he also added 954 rushing yards and 36 total TDs. Jalen Hurts will be a name that is in the mix for the Heisman all year, the same as the Alabama Crimson Tide will be in the mix for the SEC title and college football playoffs all year. The season starts with a tough match up with FSU in Atlanta on September 2nd.
